My name is Tarra Christensen, formerly Tarra Kowalski. I am currently a realtor with DPR Realty working in the good ol Valley Of the Sun. I have resided in Queen Creek, Arizona since 1995 but my roots run a lot deeper then that. My grandfather, Mack Hastings, started farming in Queen Creek in the 1940’s and my mother now resides on the farm homestead she grew up on. Below is a picture of my grandfather’s old farm office that was originally located off of Cloud in between Ellsworth and Rittenhouse but has now been moved to Schnepf Farms to be put on display. In the photo is my 3 year old daughter and my two beautiful nieces.

I got my real estate license in 1998 but have worked in the field almost since I could walk. Both of my parents were realtors, so you might say it runs through my blood. I was doing real estate mail outs and cold calling (for anyone who is not familiar with that term, it is the torturous duty of opening a phone book and calling perfect strangers to see if they were interested in buying or selling a property) in my early teens. I absolutely love being a realtor and do an amazing job at it. It can be very discouraging at times because there are so many unethical lazy realtors out there. I realize that buying or selling a property or investing in real estate is one of the most important decisions you can make and I will do everything possible to make it a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I did not go to bed knowing that I did the BEST possible, meaning I got you the deal of a lifetime, found you your dream home or I went above and beyond any agent to get your property sold for the most money. So if you are ever in need of an awesome realtor that you can trust please contact me.
